International Music is the life long effort of Musician and Instrument Collector, Owen Ray. Owen has been in the music industry for over 40 years. Owen has helped shape the industry as we know it today, both through his involvement in the design of Guitars and many other facets of the musical retail, wholesale and production industries.

Owen's band "The Countdowns" is now one of Australia's longest running bands, now over 40 years strong.

His reputation is well-known throughout the music and musical equipment industry. One of the many changes he has helped implement within the industry is a 5 year warranty on Kustom Amplifiers, Magnum Guitars and Peavey Products.

Owen has personally visited the manufacturing facilities of numerous instrument manufacturers throughout the world, meeting musical icons like Leo Fender and Hartley Peavey in his travels.

International Music is proud to display the largest collection of Maton Guitars in the World, proving our commitment to Quality Australian Guitars. The collection is continually growing, with the Limited Edition Maton Lyrebird the latest inclusion.
